This is inferred from the other posts on this platform and other comments on their social media regarding their workflow process changing rapidly to not align with the timing of voice actors.
This was noted on the free use office segments of shoestrang art, and was inferred to be the same thing here for this piece of work. To the best of the posters knowledge at the time of upload and currently the art is not AI assisted only the voice clips.
